Refund and Returns Policy

    • Gift cards or vouchers.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment. 3.5 Once we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility, we will process the refund or exchange as per your request. 3.6 Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges or applicable restocking fees.
  4. Damaged or Defective Items: 4.1 If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer care team immediately for assistance. 4.2 We may require photographic evidence or additional information to assess the condition of the item. 4.3 Once we confirm the damage or defect, we will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund, including any associated shipping costs.
  5. Refund Timeframe: 5.1 Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 4days from the date of receiving the returned item. 5.2 Please note that the time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
