Order Status & Delivery

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp with your order details. If you need to check on the status of an existing order — including estimated delivery time or tracking information — contact us via WhatsApp for the fastest response, quoting your order number.

Technical Support & Installation Advice

Our technical support team assists with product configuration, installation guidance and troubleshooting for equipment purchased from SecuDepo. If you are a professional installer or contractor, we can provide detailed technical documentation, wiring diagrams and configuration guides upon request.

For urgent technical issues with recently installed equipment, call us directly during business hours. For non-urgent queries, WhatsApp is the most efficient channel as our technicians can share images, videos and documents to assist with diagnosis and resolution.

Warranty Claims & Returns

If a product you purchased from SecuDepo develops a fault or fails within the warranty period, please contact us immediately with your proof of purchase (order confirmation number or receipt), a description of the fault and, if possible, a photograph or video demonstrating the issue. Our team will assess the claim and advise on the next steps, which may include a replacement, repair or refund depending on the circumstances.

Bulk Orders & Corporate Accounts

SecuDepo offers preferential pricing for bulk and recurring orders from security installers, contractors, wholesalers, government agencies and corporate procurement teams. If your organisation purchases security equipment regularly, please get in touch to discuss a corporate account arrangement with dedicated account management, priority processing and volume pricing.
