How to Place an Order
Ordering from SecuDepo is straightforward. Browse our full catalogue at secudepo.co.ke/shop, add your chosen products to cart, and proceed to checkout. At checkout, provide your delivery address and contact details, select Cash or M-Pesa on Delivery as your payment method, and submit your order. You will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp or email within minutes.

Order Processing
All orders placed before 2:00 PM on a business day (Monday to Saturday) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays are processed the following business day. During peak periods such as end-of-year or promotional sales, processing may take up to one additional business day.
Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will be notified via WhatsApp with a confirmation and, where applicable, a tracking number or details of the courier handling your delivery.
Delivery Areas
SecuDepo delivers to all locations within Kenya. We use a combination of our own delivery vehicles (for Nairobi and surrounding areas) and trusted third-party courier partners (for upcountry and remote deliveries). Our courier partners include established logistics providers with extensive national networks.
Deliveries are made on business days (Monday to Saturday) between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. For upcountry deliveries, our courier partner will contact you to schedule a convenient handover time.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines from the date of dispatch are as follows:
- Nairobi CBD and inner suburbs (Westlands, Kilimani, Upperhill, CBD, South B, South C, Parklands, Ngara): Same-day or next-day delivery for orders dispatched before 12:00 PM.
- Greater Nairobi (Eastlands, Ruiru, Thika, Kikuyu, Ngong, Athi River, Kitengela, Limuru, Kiambu): 1–2 business days.
- Mombasa: 2–3 business days.
- Kisumu, Eldoret, Nakuru, Thika, Nyeri: 2–3 business days.
- All other major towns (Meru, Embu, Machakos, Kericho, Kakamega, Garissa, Malindi): 3–4 business days.
- Remote and rural areas: 4–7 business days, subject to courier availability and road accessibility.
These are estimated timelines. While we make every effort to meet them, delays can occasionally occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, courier disruptions or remote location logistics. We will notify you promptly if a delay is anticipated.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery location, the weight and dimensions of the order, and the shipping method selected. Charges are displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order — there are no hidden delivery fees.
Free delivery is available on qualifying orders above a minimum order value. The current free delivery threshold and eligible zones are displayed at checkout. We periodically run free delivery promotions — follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to be notified.
Large & Heavy Item Delivery
Some products — such as gate motors, perimeter fencing equipment, large UPS systems and bulk cable orders — require special handling due to their size or weight. For such items, we will contact you after your order is placed to discuss delivery arrangements, including scheduled delivery windows and, where necessary, requirements for a forklift or ground-floor access.
For very large or project-scale orders, our team can arrange direct site delivery and assist with unloading coordination. Please indicate any site access restrictions or delivery requirements in the order notes at checkout, or contact us before placing your order.
Order Tracking
For Nairobi deliveries handled by our own drivers, we will update you via WhatsApp as your order is dispatched and when the driver is en route. For upcountry deliveries via courier partners, we will provide a tracking number once your parcel is collected. You can track your parcel directly on the courier's website using the provided tracking number.

Failed Delivery Attempts
Our delivery team will make up to two attempts to deliver your order. If the first attempt is unsuccessful (e.g., you are not available at the delivery address), the driver or courier will contact you to reschedule. If a second attempt also fails, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and you will be contacted to arrange re-delivery, which may incur an additional delivery charge.
To avoid failed deliveries, please ensure the contact number provided at checkout is active and that someone is available to receive the order at the specified address. Alternatively, you may designate a trusted person to receive the delivery on your behalf.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes to unprocessed orders. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified, and cancellation will follow our Return & Refund Policy.
