These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the SecuDepo website at secudepo.co.ke and the purchase of products through SecuDepo's online and offline sales channels. By accessing our website, browsing our products, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

- "Customer", "you", "your" refers to any individual or entity using our website or purchasing our products.
- "Products" refers to all items listed for sale on our website.
- "Order" refers to a purchase request submitted by a customer through any SecuDepo sales channel.
- "Website" refers to secudepo.co.ke and all subdomains thereof.
2. Use of the Website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. By using the website, you agree not to:
- Use the website in any way that violates applicable Kenyan laws or regulations.
- Transmit or upload any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent or harmful.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, server, or database.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract product data or pricing without our written permission.
- Impersonate SecuDepo or any of its employees, agents or representatives.
- Interfere with the proper working of the website or disrupt services to other users.
We reserve the right to terminate access to our website for any user who breaches these conditions.
3. Product Information
We endeavour to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, images and pricing on our website are accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is entirely error-free at all times. Specifications published by manufacturers may change without notice.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. While we strive for accuracy, actual products may differ slightly in colour, finish or appearance from images shown on the website due to photography lighting, screen calibration or minor manufacturer updates.
If you receive a product that differs materially from its description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a return and replacement or full refund.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include VAT at the applicable rate unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices do not include delivery charges, which are calculated and displayed at checkout.
SecuDepo reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation. We will not charge you more than the price quoted at checkout.
In the event of an obvious pricing error (for example, a product listed at a price clearly below its cost), we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and notify you before processing. You will be offered the option to re-order at the correct price.
5. Order Placement & Acceptance
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. An order is not considered accepted until you receive an order confirmation from SecuDepo via email or WhatsApp.
SecuDepo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including:
- Products being out of stock
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity
- Errors in pricing or product information
- Inability to deliver to the specified address
- Failure to verify the customer's identity or contact details
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued promptly.
6. Payment
Payment terms are governed by our Payment Information policy. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is due at the time of delivery. For M-Pesa Paybill or bank transfer pre-payments, dispatch occurs after payment is confirmed.
Failure to make payment upon delivery may result in the order being returned to our warehouse and future orders from the same customer being subject to pre-payment requirements.
7. Delivery
Delivery is subject to our Shipping Policy and Delivery & Order Information pages. SecuDepo shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier failures, severe weather, civil unrest, or government-imposed restrictions.
8. Returns, Refunds & Warranties
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Product warranties are governed by our Warranty & Support Policy. These policies form part of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the SecuDepo website — including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, product descriptions and software — is the property of SecuDepo or its licensors and is protected by Kenyan and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish or use any content from our website without our express written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Kenyan law, SecuDepo shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
- Loss of data, profits, business or goodwill.
- Damage to property or injury to persons resulting from improper installation or misuse of our products.
- Third-party claims against you arising from your use of our products.
Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product(s) in that order.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from transactions on our website shall first be referred to mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.

SecuDepo reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
