SecuDepo is committed to making the payment process as straightforward and secure as possible. We currently support the payment methods most trusted and widely used by our customers in Kenya — with a strong focus on Cash on Delivery and M-Pesa for maximum convenience and safety.

1. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is our primary and most popular payment method. You pay for your order in cash at the moment it is delivered to your door. This means you do not part with any money until you have physically received your products.
Cash on Delivery is available for all standard deliveries across Kenya. When our driver arrives with your order, they will confirm the total amount due (as stated in your order confirmation), you pay in cash, and you receive your products. It is that simple.
Tips for COD payments:
- Ensure you have the exact amount or close to it — our drivers carry limited change.
- Always ask for and keep your payment receipt as proof of payment.
- The COD amount is fixed at the order total displayed at checkout — do not pay more than this amount.
- If the driver requests any amount different from your order total, refuse and contact us immediately.
2. M-Pesa on Delivery
If you prefer to pay digitally, you can pay via M-Pesa at the time of delivery. Our driver carries a registered M-Pesa merchant number. When your order is delivered, you send the payment via M-Pesa and show the driver your confirmation SMS. The driver will then hand over your order.
M-Pesa on Delivery combines the convenience of mobile money with the security of only paying when you receive your goods. It is available for all deliveries across Kenya.
3. M-Pesa Paybill (Pre-Payment)
For customers who prefer to pay before delivery — or for upcountry orders where pre-payment is required — you can pay via our M-Pesa Paybill.
How to pay via M-Pesa Paybill:
- Go to M-Pesa on your phone.
- Select Lipa na M-Pesa.
- Select Pay Bill.
- Enter Business Number: [Paybill Number].
- Enter Account Number: Your Order Number (e.g., SD-12345).
- Enter the Amount as shown in your order confirmation.
- Enter your M-Pesa PIN and confirm.
- You will receive a confirmation SMS. Forward this to us on WhatsApp.
Your order will be dispatched once payment is confirmed — typically within 30 minutes of receiving your M-Pesa confirmation. Always use your order number as the M-Pesa account reference to ensure your payment is correctly matched to your order.
4. Bank Transfer
Bank transfer payment is available for corporate customers, bulk orders and procurement from institutions (schools, hospitals, government agencies). To pay by bank transfer:
- Contact our sales team on +254 714 808 681 or sales@secudepo.co.ke to request bank transfer details and a proforma invoice.
- Transfer the exact invoice amount to the SecuDepo bank account provided, using your company name or invoice number as the reference.
- Send proof of transfer (bank slip or screenshot) to us via email or WhatsApp.
- Your order will be processed once the transfer is confirmed in our account, which typically takes 1 business day for same-bank transfers and up to 2 business days for inter-bank transfers (RTGS/EFT).
Important: SecuDepo will never request payment to a personal bank account or personal M-Pesa number. All payments should be made to our official business accounts only. If you receive any request to pay to unusual or unverified accounts, contact us immediately.
5. Payment Security
The security of your payment information is our highest priority. Here is what we do to protect you:
- No card data stored: SecuDepo does not collect or store credit or debit card information. Our current payment methods (COD, M-Pesa) do not require you to enter card details on our website.
- Encrypted website: Our website uses HTTPS encryption to protect all data transmitted between your browser and our servers.
- Official channels only: All payment instructions come from our official channels — website, verified WhatsApp number (+254 714 808 681), or official email addresses (@secudepo.co.ke).
- Anti-fraud measures: We monitor orders for unusual patterns and may contact you to verify an order before processing.
6. Pricing & Currency
All prices on the SecuDepo website are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES). Prices include VAT at the applicable rate unless otherwise stated. SecuDepo reserves the right to correct pricing errors — if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before processing the order to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price you see at checkout is the final price for your order, locked in at the time of purchase.
7. Invoices & Receipts
An order confirmation email or WhatsApp message is sent upon successful order placement. For corporate customers requiring formal VAT invoices, please contact us with your PIN certificate and company details and we will issue a formal tax invoice (ETR) accordingly.
8. Payment Disputes
If you believe there is an error with a payment or if you do not recognise a charge, please contact us immediately at info@secudepo.co.ke or +254 714 808 681. We take payment disputes seriously and will investigate promptly, providing a written response within 5 business days.
